He manages participant database systems, supervises registration counter arrangements, controls attendee flow, and oversees badge production and distribution with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency. In addition, he coordinates hospitality services, including guest welcoming, VIP assistance, accommodation coordination, and on-site support, ensuring every participant receives professional and attentive service.
