Ms. Erna earned her bachelor’s degree in MICE Management from Bali Tourism Polytechnic, an institution under the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia. In her role within the company, she is responsible for developing and securing strategic sponsorship partnerships across meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions. She manages the end-to-end sponsorship process, including proposal development, prospect identification, partnership pitching, negotiation of benefits and deliverables, and contract finalization. Ms. Erna also ensures that sponsor branding, exposure, and activation elements are effectively integrated into event programs in alignment with both client objectives and sponsor expectations. Through her strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills, she fosters long-term partnerships that create mutual value and contribute to the overall success and sustainability of each project.
